All Country Moving and Storage

So the contracted movers that came yesterday whose name in the truck read All Country Moving and Storage decided to increase the price per cubic feet. There was NO change in space needed and I even suggested to reduce my space needs from 1700 cf to 1500 cf for the same agreed price. Long story short, they left without picking up anything. This price increase transpired only after seeing a packed 830 cf container. They did not see anything else other than the PackRat container.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5525

Avoid at all costs! There are so many options out there, take your time and do your research! After waiting almost three weeks for my belongings to arrive in Illinois from NYC, after being told it would take one week, they show up in a pick up truck trailering an old dilapidated race car trailer. If you look close in the first photo, you can see the truck fenders being held on with duct tape! The trailer was not packed in order of delivery. They had to squeeze my things out of the side door, as it was packed at the opposite end of the big opening. Many things were damaged and a few missing. Communication is also severely lacking! Looked like they picked up day laborers. But, once they have your deposit, you are trapped! There is no consistency of information between all the people you communicate with. I should have just packed up myself and drove the UHaul to my destination and saved a lot of money. A very hard lesson learned! Please heed my warnings!!

I’ve had the displeasure of working with All County Moving and Storage to handle my move from NY to OK this past month. I recently received my items that were in transit for close to two weeks. The delivery driver- Moe- was rude, short and threatened to not hand me my items if I did not have the ability to pay him at that exact moment after we both realized my bank puts a limit on my daily withdrawls. He was unforgiving and informed me that he would bring my things somewhere else and I’d have to then pay more to sort through getting them back. I was also told at the last minute that he would have to add extra for an elevator (which I was told would not be extra). They also charged for extra cube space even though I described in detail how many items I would be moving.

This all started with Andrew- a sales rep- who was quick to take my cc info and over promise on the delivery. He informed me that this was a route the company takes often and that the amount of items I was bringing was well within the limit of the cube storage on the truck, going as far as saying that I could even add several boxes if needed. He told me I should receive my things within the week. So once I agreed to ship with them over the other companies I spoke to, I left NY and began my drive to OK in my car. I was told the delivery driver would pick up my items between 10-2pm and asked my father to be present for the pick up. I got a call at around 8:30 from the delivery driver stating that they were close to my house in NY. My father had to rush home from his appointment because the delivery driver informed me that this was his first stop and he wouldn’t wait. When I called the dispatch office and spoke to Alexis, she was unprofessional and said that there was nothing she could do.

The icing on the cake really is the lack of communication and complete disrespect I have been shown by everyone working for and with this company. From sales (Andrew) to dispatch (Alexis) to shipping (Moe), no one followed up when they said they would and they kept adding charge after charge on top of the price we initially agreed on. I finally got a call about a day before the driver was set to come with the first piece of information I received since booking the company over 1.5 weeks ago.

I would strongly suggest not using them. Do not be tempted by the price because after they add on all the extras they don’t mention upfront, you are paying as much as you would for a more reputable company. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.

NJ to California - A move that will not be forgotten.

Tony the pick up guy and Nadia staged a drama to have us pay more than the estimate. They effectively played good cop bad cop and compelled us to pay, if not say bye to your advance. The most saddening part was hoping helplessly at their mercy that they don't over-charge you. Begged to wait eventually, had to run and stand in front of the truck requesting not to leave. I did receive my shipment delivered by another carrier 2 weeks late. Being two weeks late is the least of our concern though. The concerning part was when we came to realize a month later that a box was missing-Looked all over the place but couldn't find. The trauma me and my wife faced was real. Felt powerless and incapacitated through the move. We know we could have called them to dispute the missing box but did not. I know we could have and it was a choice we made- That's how poorly we were treated. I'm glad the move is done but I hope all potential customers be wary of these two parties. Tony's help Jose kept quite-he was just there to pack and move. The gentleman who dropped off our stuff was decent too. We tipped both parties generously as we respect hard labor. At the end of the day, it wasn't the extra $500 -$600 or the missing box that bothered us- It's the feeling of being incapacitated when you know you are at their mercy once they have your advance.

To Tony and Nadia- We know what an estimate is, but please avoid the staged drama next time around. People appreciate honesty to blarney.

Very good experience. Moved a small house full of furniture, paintings, and about 20 boxes full of stuff. Naidia was very professional and personally very nice. The crew worked very fast but very professionally - you could tell they were very experienced. They put everything where we wanted them to in the house we moved to, including some things that had to go upstairs and downstairs. Everything arrived in good shape with no damage. I paid the same amount as I was quoted and tipped very well for a great job. Highly recommended.

I recently graduated college and I needed help moving into my first apartment. This was obviously a very overwhelming time for me and I am so glad ACMS (All Country Moving & Storage) was able to handle all the heavy work for me while I handle other priorities. They moved pretty much a 1/1 worth of stuff and nothing came broken or messed up. There was transparent communication the whole way through and were very efficient. Moves are complicated and take time. It’s good to know companies like ACMS are there to handle it for you. I highly recommend.

I'd like to thank Tony,Joe and the rest of the staff on helping our family move to our dream home. This experience has been great from the first phone call until the delivery at our new home . The movers were able to show up on time and get our (expensive) belongings down to Florida in one piece and without a scratch. The boxes that we labeled fragile were treated as labeled. The window given for delivery was done at the time estimated. Everyone that I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I am very thankful that my co worker recommended this company to me.

Moving for me has always been a stressful experience until I tried this amazing company. I reached out to Nadia for a quote on how much it would cost to move all my belongings from NY to TX and she was super helpful and gave me a great price. They moved a small apartment full of furniture, boxes, a mattress and some of my paintings. Her staff was very professional and were able to pack everything up super quickly. By the way they worked you could tell they’re very experienced in their line of work. They were also very accommodating when it came to placing all my stuff where I wanted it, which was a big help. Everything arrived in great shape with no damages. I paid them the agreed upon price and tipped generously for all of their amazing work. I would highly recommend to anyone who is moving.

A family member of mine referred all country moving to me and I said why not? There was no way I had the resources to move half way across the nation. All country moving moved my 2/1 townhouse in New Jersey to Georgia due to my job and while a move does not happen in a day, they followed all the timelines given to me and there was always an answer to my question. Their drivers are nice and get the job done. The owner is super sweet and always available, or tries to be, to help you with whatever you need. I hope everyone uses all country moving so you can see for yourself how great they are!

1. Impossible to reach once you pay the non refundable deposit

2. Delivery was late.

3. Delivery drivers did not handle my items with care.

4. Delivery Drivers extorted additional money out of me. I called the office and the sales representative, Joseph, to no avail. I had priceless family heirlooms so I figured I could get my heirlooms and report it to the office later.

5. Broken items and I cannot reach anyone to file an insurance claim as I was promised when Joseph was trying to obtain my business.

6. Missing Boxes.

7. They even attempted to give me furniture that does lot belong to me. So there is a customer who is missing a beautiful statement chair.

I would not recommend them at all. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE all county moving and storage. They sound nice and accessible when they are trying to get your business but once you sign the contract and they have your non refundable deposit, they will become difficult. Absolutely the worst business. I would not recommend.

Well..Where does one begin with these COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST?? ALL COUNTRY MOVING AND STORAGE. Do yourself a huge favor and do your research on REPUTABLE Moving companies. Shame on me, For not doing just that. I WAS IN A RUSH..and they were so very nice on the phone. And gave me a wonderful quote...If it sounds too good to be true really stands here. They arrived at my house at 8:30am ( after telling me between 10-12. Which was ok...they starting getting my stuff together but the guy Joe who was the boss I guess did the inventory...told me after everything's on truck oh you went over by 2 cubes..thats 550 dollars more...so I had to pull 550 bucks off my money tree run to the bank get cash then a $ order but what could I do?? No credit cards no personal checks. Took took about 2 weeks to arrive in AZ. THAT WAS FINE. Diver calls us and says...we can't get the truck in your neighborhood...my brother says to driver..send me a pic of ur truck. Driver sends him a pic of a eighteen wheeler passing him on highway...fine but my brother a Truck Driver says u can get in here. Driver says says no..we have to get another truck. Ok whatever u need to do. Shows up in a TINY BOX TRUCK from u haul...and says that's 500.00 more! Boxes were crushed...tables were busted legs broken off....glass shattered. And after being given a 2500 quote ended up doubled! Called office and were told u signed the contract. Terrible people..terrible business....TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RESEARCH AND READ READ READ THOSE CONTRACTS. THE GUY WHO DID THE INVENTORY DOUBLED SO MANY THINGS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! OR USE THEM AND FIGURE IN LOTS OF XTRA $$$$.

I can honestly say this move was a lot more painless than I thought it would be. After talking to what it feels like every moving company in the area I received a call from Joseph from All Country Moving & Storage. He was the first person to actually make me feel comfortable with the move. I moved from Philadelphia to Miami, and yeah it took a few days but that was explained to me. I got the idea that these drivers have to stop and take breaks, only because that was explained to me. From pick up to drop off everything went well. No real hiccups or delays. Thankfully, I read the contract and had Joseph read the contract over to me. Moving is always uncomfortable but these guys really did their best to alleviate that for me. If you want a good long distance mover with great customer service look no further. Just ask your questions, from my experience no one at the company had a problem answering me and helping me.

These guys moved me from New York to Florida. Everything went just as planned. They provided a 26 foot truck and delivered directly to our new home in South Florida. We had the same driver pick up and deliver. They set up everything in our new house for us. The only thing we paid extra for were some

Packing materials as we needed a few extra boxes. I felt like they already knew what to do and made it very easy for us. We had a 4 bedroom home in Syosset and moved to a 3 bedroom in Davie. Everything went smooth and I was very happy with my driver. I think his name was Luis. He was very nice to us! Will be using them again if we decide to move from here!

Do NOT use this company! They are liars and thief’s! They gave me a quote and I paid the down payment of 450.00 I dealt with Clark Mawhinny. He gave me a low quote to get my business. When the mover James came they were going to charge me 5200.00 He told me that Clark definitely did Not give me a proper quote. This was in June 2021. I have calked numerous times without any response from them to at least get a partial return on my 450.00 deposit, to no avail. I did not use them needless to say. I cancelled them at my home because we could not agree on a price. Use Blue Movers they are EXCELLENT! From beginning to end. Stay away from All county they are Not true to their estimate!!!

Back in April 2021, I moved from New Jersey to Arizona and All Country Moving and Storage helped make my move seamless. The thought of moving all my belongings across the country was scary but I felt at ease when I called and spoke with Joseph. He and his team are very professional and gave me a great price.

Once the team arrived to pack and pick up my belongings I knew I made the right choice. Not only are they friendly they packed everything carefully and securely and the truck arrived to my new home within the time frame they promised (2 weeks).

All Country Moving and Storage is professional, honest, respectful and experienced. I had excellent communication throughout the entire process with the owner and employees. Any questions I had (and I had many) were answered immediately.

I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and I will use them again if needed.

Moving your entire home from one state to another is not easy! Thank goodness I found this moving company. I would totally recommend All country moving and storage for moving services . I moved to Miami from NY and trying to find a moving company that was available for my dates was becoming imposible with the pricing . Luckily I finally found them and they carefully packed my furniture and priceless items and delivered it in perfect condition. They charged me $2800 with the full packaging option and I found it very reasonable compared to other companies I found . Finding the right movers makes the transition so much easier. Hopefully I don’t have to move again but if I did I already know who I can trust . Thank you you guys were great from start to finish .

I needed to move a one bedroom apartment from Brooklyn to Miami recently and they charged me 2000 for the service. I am being 100% honest when I tell you the service was incredible. This isn’t my first move and I’ve had horrible experiences in the past from over-charging me to destroying my stuff from a lack of regard for my things. I really enjoyed using you guys to help me move my stuff. Everything came on time and there was a true transparency with everything going on. I have referred this company to my friends and family and have yet to hear anything negative.

My family and I used All Country Moving and Storage for our move from PA to Scottsdale, AZ. All Country Moving and Storage we’re awesome! I had a positive experience with them from the second I called to the time my boxes were delivered. Everything arrived to my apartment in the same condition they left my old house. All my belongs arrived at the time they gave us. The owner was very helpful, Luis and the other guys who moved my belongings were on point, fast and experienced. You can easily tell they have been doing this for years.  They are a very professional team.  I will continue to use them for any future moves… Highly recommended
